TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Terms & Conditions are governing Your access and use of Vordon.pl (hereinafter the “Website”, “Site” and “Store”), which is owned and operated by Profit Plus Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warszawa, at Żelazna 67/13 Street, 00-871 Warszawa, entered into the Business Register maintained by the District Court m. st. Warszawa in Warszawa, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000374287, tax number (NIP): 527 264 66 58, statistic number (REGON): 142756200, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org , phone 884004333 (hereinafter the “Seller”).
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Regulations defines the rules for the use of the Store, rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer, in particular ordering, contracting, termination of contracts, complaints and protection of personal data.
The Customers can get access to these Regulations at the subpage Terms & Conditions. These Regulations are furthermore available to the Customers during the ordering procedure.
The Customers can communicate with the Seller by e-mail, telephone or in writing. Seller's address is mentioned at the beginning of these Regulations. Orders shall be made using the order form
The content of the Site is an invitation to conclude an agreement in accordance to article 71 of Polish Civil Code.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY
The Seller provides to Customers electronic services of creating an account on the Website and availability of ordering products from the Store.
The service of creating account on the Website enables Customers to use resources of the Website after logging in. Creating a user's account requires filling in and sending the registration form, which includes: name, address, delivery address (if it is different than the primary address) and e-mail address. The service of creating an account is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The customer may at any time, for any reason and at no cost remove user's account by sending a request to delete account - in writing, or by the e-mail.
The service of ordering products enables customers to place orders (statements of intent) on the goods offered by the Seller through the Website, in accordance with the procedure. The service is provided free of charge and a one-off. The service is terminated immediately after placing the order
The Seller informs that the risks associated with the use of services provided electronically via the Internet are in particular: third party intervention, computer viruses, Trojan horses or spam (unsolicited e-mail messages sent to multiple recipients). In the interests of each user of services provided through the Internet it is to install legitimate and current software, which protects the user's device before the above mentioned threats.
The Customers are obliged to abstain from any illegal activity, including in particular the supply of illegal content and from interfering in the content of the Store or it's technical elements.
Complaints to the services provided electronically can be submitted in writing, or by e-mail. Complaints will be considered by the Seller within 14 days.
3. CONCLUDING CONTRACTS
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The submission of the order is an offer to conclude a contract of sale of the products, in accordance with article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code
By placing an order should be understood the selection the type and number of products, clicking "add to cart", filling the order form, the choice of method of payment and delivery, and then approvement and sending order by clicking "Order and pay." Orders placed through the Store entail an obligation to pay for them
The necessary element of ordering procedure is to acquaint with these Regulations and acceptance of them. Without acceptance of these Regulations Customer will not be able to place an order by the Store
After placing the order, Store confirms the order by sending the Customer an appropriate e-mail. Upon receipt of the above e-mail, the contract is concluded. The e-mail includes the confirmation of the contract conculed at a distance. Annex to the e-mail is a PDF document containing all the data contract and withdrawal form
The contractrs are concluded in the Polish language and in accordance with Polish law
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices of products displayed on the Store are gross prices (contain duties and taxes, including VAT) and are indicated in Polish zloty (PLN).
Prices do not include delivery cost. The Customer is informed about delivery cost during placing an order. The delivery cost depends on the chosen way of the delivery and the destination place. Total cost, including delivery, is indicated at the the end of the placing order procedure
The final price of the product is the price of the moment of the placing the order.
Payment for the ordered products can be made in the forms of payment that can be selected in the order form.
For all products ordered in the Store are issued fiscal receipts, bills or invoices.
Delivery of the product to the Customer is paid for, unless the contract of sale provides otherwise
The ordered products are delivered by the courier, direcly at the Customer's address.
Products ordered and paid for will be sent within 7 days after placing Your order.
Depending on the destination country, delivery can take 1-20 days. Delivery times are only estimated and do not count for public holidays or peak periods.
The Store is required to provide Customers products without physical and legal defects. In the case of defective products, Customers have the rights provided by the Polish Civil Code.
Comlaints can be made in writing - at the Seller's address.
The complaint should contain: the contact details of the Customer, description of the defect and the date of it's disclosure, the Client's request, confirmation of the purchase. The above content of the complaint takes the form of recommendation. Complaints of other content will also be considered by the Seller.
The Store considers complaints within 14 days.
The Customer, who is Consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
In the event of withdrawal, the contract shall be deemed void. If the Consumer made a statement before the Seller accepted his offer, the offer ceases to be binding.
The deadline to withdraw from the contract will expire after 14 days from the date on which the Consumer acquires possession of ordered products or a third party, indicated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, came into the possession of products
To withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer has to inform the Seller. The Consumer can use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To keep the deadline for withdrawal, it is enough to send the Seller statement of withdrawal from the contract before the deadline.
If the Consumer withdraw from the contract, The Seller shall return the Consumer all payments, which he received from the Consumer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery, other than the least expensive normal delivery offered by the Seller), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed about the Consumers decision to withdraw from the contract.
Returning of payments will be done using the same payment method that the Consumer used for the initial transaction, unless expressly the Consumer agrees otherwise; in any case the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with the return. The Seller may withhold return until receipt of products, or to have supplied evidence of it's return, depending on which event occurs first.
Please send or give the Seller the thing immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer withdraws from the contract. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends back the product before the deadline of 14 days.
The Consumer has to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

8. NON-JUDICIAL WAYS OF DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
If the Seller did not consider the complaint the Customer, who is a consumer, and the Consumer does not agree with the Seller's decision, the Consumer may take advantage of the available non-judicial ways of dealing with complaints and claims.
The Customer has the opportunity to ask the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings on the amicable settlement of the dispute. Mediation is voluntary (both parties must agree on it), and potential settlement must be the result of agreement between the two parties. The request for the mediation does not guarantee the conduct or outcome of the mediation.
The customer also has the option to request settlement of the dispute by Arbitration Consumer Court at the Woivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection.
Detailed information about non-judicial ways of dealing with complaints and claims are also available at the oficces and on the websites of district (municipal) Consumer Ombudsmen, social organizations which statutory task is consumer protection and the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Seller processes personal data in accordance with the accordance with Polish Personal Data Protection Act and Polish Services Provided Eletronically Act.
Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary. The Customer has the right to request to supplement, update, or correct personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing, or removal.
The Administrator od Personal Data is the Seller.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
Seller accepts all Consumer rights provided for in the applicable law. Therefore, the provisions of these Regulations are not intended to exclude or limit any rights of Consumers under the law. Any possible doubt shall be explained for the benefit of the Consumer. The provisions of the Regulations which are less favorable to the Consumer are invalid, and in their place shall be valid provisions of the applicable law.
